1. Research Use Only Agreement

By accessing or using the Vantage Peptide website and purchasing any products, you acknowledge and agree that all products sold by Vantage Peptide are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and must not be used as drugs, food, cosmetics, or household chemicals.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website and purchase products from Vantage Peptide. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use any product purchased from Vantage Peptide for human or animal consumption. Products shall only be used for legitimate laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and educational purposes by qualified individuals or institutions. Any misuse of products is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vantage Peptide shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of any product. Products are provided “as is” for research purposes. In no event shall Vantage Peptide's total liability exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and processed. This policy is in place to protect product integrity, maintain chain-of-custody standards, and prevent tampering or resale risks.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive due to a confirmed carrier issue, please contact support@vantagepeptide.com within 7 days of delivery and we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantage Peptide, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party related to your use of products purchased from Vantage Peptide.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in the State of New Mexico.

10. Changes to Terms
