Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic shipments (within the United States) typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International shipments may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and UPS. Tracking information is provided for all orders once shipped. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold—check the cart for current promotions.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Vantage Peptide is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
All Sales Final
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and processed. This policy helps protect product integrity, maintain chain-of-custody standards, and reduce tampering or resale risk.
Exceptions We May Review
While all sales are final, we may review order issues on a case-by-case basis if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- A confirmed carrier issue prevented delivery
Approved resolutions, if any, are provided at our sole discretion and may include a replacement shipment or store credit rather than a refund.
Claims Window
Any shipping or fulfillment issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@vantagepeptide.com. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once fulfillment has begun. If you need to request a change before shipment, contact us as quickly as possible and we will review the request based on fulfillment status.
